INSTANT LICENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Instant Licence’ whereby business owners can establish and conduct business easily. With Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) Instant Licence, you can get your licence within a few minutes and with fewer requirements. By applying for an Instant Licence, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Upon Completion of the Application Process, you shall be issued an electronic Memorandum of Association (MoA), Bilingual Licence , Certificate of Incorporation, Partner List and Coworking Lease Agreement.

You will provide all information and documents, relevant to the business structure and any other information and/or documents reasonably required by RAKEZ, pertaining to the Instant Licence you have obtained to RAKEZ, within one (1) year from the date of licence issuance. You bear full responsibility for all the information (including its accuracy) provided to RAKEZ in connection with the Instant Licence, and you acknowledge that any false information and/or documents may result in the imposition of legal sanctions under applicable laws and regulations.

Unless otherwise notified to RAKEZ in writing, you shall be the registered Shareholder(s) and Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (UBO) of the Company and you do hereby confirm that you are not acting as nominee shareholder(s) on behalf of any individual or a body corporate.

RAKEZ reserves the right at all times to disclose any information and/or documents that RAKEZ deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

In case you have employment visa in the UAE, you hereby declare that your current employing entity is well aware that you are applying to RAKEZ for registration of an entity to conduct business activities and/or acting as the Manager of the proposed entity.

If, in the opinion of the Registrar, the name by which a company is registered is misleading, conflicting with other names or otherwise undesirable, the Registrar may direct the company to change its subject to the relevant procedures and processes. A direction by the Registrar under this condition shall be complied with within thirty (30) days from the date of such direction or within such longer period as the Registrar may allow.

You agree that RAKEZ may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your licence and strike off the company from the register if it is necessary to protect the good repute of RAKEZ , or the authority determines that you have violated these terms and conditions or other laws, rules and regulations which may be associated with your licence.

No refunds of licence fees or any other items paid will be made for termination of the licence.

Once the payment is settled , amendments can only be made after the application process is fully completed.

As per UAE regulation , it is mandatory to register with the Federal Tax Authority after licence issuance. For more details, please click   here .

You agree that all matters relating to your licence, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and by the local laws applicable in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. All disputes arising out of or relating to this licence shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah Courts.
